On Sunday, 28th September 2025, our squad headed to Bury for the AMA Open. What a day it was! Not only did we come home with some brilliant results, but the atmosphere between our athletes and families was absolutely epic.

- 🎖️ Awarded his first-ever medal in recognition of his courage and determination on the mats. An incredible milestone and something we are very proud of!
Andre
- No medals this time, but a brilliant performance. We are so proud of the way he stepped onto the mats and gave it everything.
🌟 Special Mentions
- Holly made her coaching debut — and did a fantastic job!
- Several of our students competed in their very first tournament yesterday. Getting onto the mats takes courage and commitment, and we couldn’t be prouder.
- A huge thank you to all of our parents and coaches who helped on the day and supported each other.
- Special mention, as always, to our parent coach Terry, who herds the cats like a champ! 🐾👏
🙌 Closing Thoughts
The AMA Open was a great reminder of why we love what we do. The medals are amazing. Nevertheless, the support, energy, and spirit between our squad and families is what really makes it special.
