Why Do You Need a License?

Your license ensures you are fully insured and registered with The Cobra Martial Arts Association (CMAA), which is essential for participation in training, events, and gradings. A valid license is required to maintain your membership in Black Scorpion Karate CIC.

License Options:

New Students (With Book)

New students must purchase a license book. A one-time £5 per student will be added to the first payment. After the first year, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular rate, without the book fee.

Existing Students (Without Book)

If you already have a license book, choose this option for automatic annual renewal at the regular rate.

Family Discounts

Automatic family discounts apply when purchasing for 2 or more students:

  • 2 Students: £12.50 per student
  • 3 or More Students: £10 per student

How to Purchase:

  1. Select your license type from the bottom of this page: With Book (new students) or Without Book (existing students).
  2. Choose the appropriate button based on the number of students.
  3. Complete your payment to set up automatic annual renewals.

Important:

  • New students: Please bring proof of payment to your next class to receive your license book or have it stamped.
